We will shortly begin recruiting our team of Instructors for the new season. Interviews normally commence in February

Ideally you will hold at least two National Governing Body awards. We are looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people who will fit into the Harbour Challenge team. You will need to enjoy working with clients of all ages, have lots of ideas and initiative and have the ability to work as part of a team.

We are an expanding  centre providing multi activity courses for all ages, but mainly for children and young people. Clients include schools, colleges, youth groups, families and businesses.

We recruit a wide range of individuals and as long as you have a current first aid certificate you may be a potential member of Harbour Challenge staff. In addition to qualifications we require staff with personalities to bring the best out of our clients.

Other qualifications that we looking for are:

• SPA Training
• BCU Kayak level 1 or 2 Coach or above
• RYA Dinghy Instructor
• RYA Senior Instructor
• GNAS Archery Instructor
• RYA Advance Instructor
• RYA Advance Instructor
• RYA Powerboat Instructor
